The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
- Shipping & Delivery
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, we take special care and pack carefully to ensure the delivery of your product in perfect condition. Special insulation and gel ice is used as needed. Please refer to the image below for the estimated number of shipping days (exclude weekends) to recieve your order.
Warm Weather Shipments
Shipping rates are methods vary by time of year. From April 15 to October 1, we take extra precautions and ship via 2-day air or next day air, as needed. We pack each box with special insulation and gel ice to ensure the safe arrival of your chocolates.
For shipments to warm weather destinations and during the summer months, we ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only – to prevent chocolates from sitting on a truck over a weekend and to ensure safe delivery.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street address for your order. Be sure to include appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery.
Deliveries are only made on weekdays. UPS does not deliver on weekends. We may choose not to ship an order over the weekend to ensure perfect condition upon receipt.
Due to the perishable nature of the chocolates we are not able to ship out of the United States.
- Return Policy
We guarantee you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase of Candy Basket Chocolates. If you aren’t – for any reason – simply return your order within one week of receipt.
